The African Youth Employment Initiatives (AYEI) is pleased to invite you to join the upcoming webinar. The webinar will be in the form of interactive and educative debate and as an awakening and mindset-changing online program whereby selected key players in the realm of youth empowerment will share insightful views on selected topics around youth participation in farming activities as a way to reduce poverty, creating jobs and end hunger in Africa.

After implementing impactful projects in some countries through interactive sessions, AYEI wants to once again enkindle and awaken this sentiment among the youth, enticing them to dare agriculture as a way to empower themselves and feed the continent. AYEI has launched and initiated such initiatives where data showed a real power behind the youth embracing farming in rural areas. It has poverty reduction power among vulnerable unemployed youth, it serves as a model for peers’ education, and it makes food available and accessible to many.

The event is scheduled to unfold for three days, and it will be conducted entirely online through Google Meet. To join the sessions, participants can access the event here.
